The Lounge
The lounge area is a great place to relax after a hard day’s sunbathing by the pool. Contemporary in colour and furnished with two leather sofas, large coffee table and side table, table lamp, flat screen Smart TV (offering all UK TV Channels) WIFI, DVD player, PlayStation 3 games console, iPod/radio/CD player, WIFI.
All curtains and soft furnishings are coordinated and have an up-market homely feel.
The lounge area overlooks the pool, also has patio doors leading to the shaded terrace and poolside.
The Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is furnished to a superb standard with granite work surfaces, fully equipped with lots of cupboard space.
Integral appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, full-size electric cooker with fan assisted oven and grill. Other items include kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, high chair, clothes airier, and water cooler. pots, pans, crockery etc.
The Dining Area
The open plan dining area has a large modern light wood dining table and 6 matching chairs.
Patio doors lead to the poolside dining area which overlooks the swimming pool.
We also have downstairs toilet facilities.
Bedroom 1
Large spacious master bedroom with Super King Size bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets, full-length mirror, hairdryer, air con unit and safety deposit box & fly screen & balcony.
The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with power shower, toilet and washbasin, mirror, glass shelf and fluffy towels.
The large balcony overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with Italian balcony furniture where you can enjoy the pool view.
Bedroom 2
Double Bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, full-length mirror, air con unit and free standing fan & fly screen to windows.
